Patients want to be heard and healthcare providers want to hear them. Yet our frustrations and elations are often lost in the busyness of the medical establishment. Patient experiences are playing a crucial role in healthcare funding around the world.
We present our customers with positive and negative experiences, as well as the story and context connected to them. Bag-of-words sentiment classification allows us to cluster experiences at a particular location and we allow customers to review sentiment and positivity over time.
